Growing up in Sydney’s Inner West, Emile Roumeliotis was immersed in the world of construction from an early age. Following in the footsteps of his father, a successful and respected builder, Emile embraced the values of hard work, precision, and quality craftsmanship.
Emile began his apprenticeship at a young age, honing his skills and cultivating a deep appreciation for the art of construction. What area's do you service
We mostly service the inner west of Sydney, but client referrals often take us to different areas of Sydney including the Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs.
Can I get a quote online
If you upload some pictures of your project to our ‘get a quote’ form, we can provide you with our best estimate. However, the final project fee may vary once we conduct an in-person assessment. This allows us to accurately measure the space, evaluate any specific challenges, and discuss your material preferences and design options in detail. We’ll always confirm the final price with you before beginning any work
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we’re fully licensed and insured. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect both our clients and our team.
